• Worked as primary developer on Salesforce enhancements. Enhancements include advanced Apex, WSDL, REST,
Java, Pardot, Hubspot, and Talend service integrations. Other notable enhancements are custom deployment scripts, custom JQuery/HighCharts dashboards, and business driven Visualforce workflow pages.
• Worked as primary developer on Incite’s Demand Response and Meter Management Portal. The energy portal combines real-time facility meter information with real-time regional pricing which empowers companies to be proactive with managing their electricity cost. The portal is built on PHP, Hadoop, SQLServer, various JavaScript libraries (JQuery, Underscore), and various integrations tools (Java &.NET Services, SISS, Talend). The portal is currently collecting 5 million meter readings a month with real-time JENE devices and 15 million readings a month with near real-time Smart Meter Texas (SMT) or IDR integration.
• Created various other service integrations with Talend ESB and ActiveMQ.

2011 - 2013

Lead Developer

• Migrated previous Call Center application to the newest version of Sugar CRM and Oracle 11g.
• Lead new enhancements to Call Center application, which included; service integration with Five9 dialer and Google maps integration.
• Developed service architecture (JAVA/TIBCO/REST) to send customer and appointment data to different applications or departments. In detail, data to/from MW stores, Call Center, MW website and mobile application(s).
• Worked as primary developer on Salesforce Service Now console solution for Call Center customer service.
